Three Welsh start-ups have made the list of the UK's 50 most promising food and drink entrepreneurs to be recognised as Food Stars as part of a new government initiative. Wales' Food Stars, selected from hundreds of businesses, include Halen Môn's Anglesey sea salt , Coconut Kitchen's Thai cooking sauces and curry pastes , and the Patchwork Traditional Food Company's range of pâtés and chutneys .
